Working under the guidance of senior chefs, you will ensure that every breakfast dish meets the highest standards of quality, presentation, and taste. Develop and apply a variety of cooking techniques under the guidance of senior chefs. Contribute to meal preparation and service by completing tasks accurately, efficiently, and on time. Maintain a clean, organised, and safe working environment, ensuring tools and equipment are sanitised and ready for use. Assist with receiving, checking, and storing ingredients and supplies, following correct stock rotation practices. Gain practical experience across different kitchen sections to build a strong foundation in culinary operations.
