The Opportunity
A well-established signage business is looking to appoint an experienced Installation Manager to lead their installations function. This is a key hire for the business and would suit either an existing manager or a senior/lead installer ready to step up into a leadership role.
The Role
You’ll take ownership of the installation department, overseeing day-to-day operations while remaining hands-on when required. This role combines leadership, planning and on-site delivery, ensuring projects are completed safely, efficiently and to a high standard.
Key Responsibilities
* Managing the day-to-day running of the installation function
* Attending site and supporting installations when required
* Leading, mentoring and developing installation teams
* Managing subcontractors and coordinating site activity
* Ensuring all work is delivered in line with health & safety standards
* Making informed decisions based on H&S procedures
* Maintaining high standards of quality and service delivery
What We’re Looking For
* Strong background in signage installation at a senior level
* Previous team leadership or supervisory experience
* Full UK driving licence (essential)
* CSCS card (essential)
* IPAF and PASMA (desirable)
* Confident communicator, able to liaise with clients and teams
* Organised, detail-focused and able to work under pressure
* IT literate with good planning skills
