You will be responsible for hard and soft services delivery across a number of manufacturing clients across the Northeast. You will have responsibility for profit and loss on the contracts, contract growth, developing your team and continuous improvement. You will also be required to generate new business, either through cross selling to your clients or through new business development working closely with the sales team.

Our client is a FM service provider who delivers hard and soft services to a variety of clients across all sectors globally. They are experiencing contract growth and have created this new role to focus on their manufacturing clients and help them move forward and look for continuous improvement delivering both hard and soft services. They are a diverse business, and they promote development of their teams within the business, so they are looking for a leader who will actively seek to develop not only the client relationship, but their own teams which will assist with succession planning and career paths to assist with retention.

Package
This role reports into the Managing Director and offers a salary up to £70,000 plus car allowance, up to 20% bonus, plus over performance bonus depending on results. Flexi time scheme 25 days holiday plus statutory.
