Electrical Engineering Trainer Assessor Location: Greater Manchester, South East Employment Type: Full-time, Permanent Salary: £26,000 - £33,000 plus package A further education provider is seeking an experienced Electrical Engineering Trainer Assessor to support apprentice development through workplace assessments and teaching. The role sits within a committed team and offers the chance to contribute to high-quality training and student success. The opportunity involves supporting apprentices within the power industry sector by carrying out workplace assessments, progress reviews, and setting clear development goals. It includes preparing learners for End Point Assessment (EPA) across apprenticeship standards at Levels 2-5, undertaking internal quality assurance (IQA) duties, and working closely with employers and awarding bodies to develop and expand the college's apprenticeship provision. The position also contributes to the ongoing growth and innovation of the organisation's power industry training offer.
