This exciting role is based in a specialist school setting in Mitcham, recently rated Good by Ofsted. Housed in a beautiful 18th-century building, the school supports children with a wide range of needs, including autism, ADHD, speech and language difficulties, and complex behavioural needs. Your Role: As part of a strong multi-disciplinary clinical team, you will: * Deliver evidence-based, individualised speech and language therapy * Help shape a therapeutic, nurturing environment for young learners * Assess and formulate personalised intervention plans * Work closely with education and care staff to guide and support them * Provide training and mentoring for team members * Build strong, trusting relationships with pupils and colleagues What You’ll Need: * HCPC registration as a qualified Speech & Language Therapist * Experience working with children/young people with complex needs * Confidence in multidisciplinary collaboration and delivering training * Strong communication, leadership and organisation skills * A proactive, resilient, and compassionate approach * A full UK driving licence (travel may be required) * Experience in team supervision (desirable) What’s In It for You?
