Fire Safety Manager - End Client Opportunity!

Are you passionate about building safer environments and leading on fire safety strategy across complex estates?
Were looking for an experienced Fire Safety Manager to take ownership of organisational fire safety and resilience frameworks ensuring full compliance, strong governance, and a culture of continual improvement.
The Role
- Youll lead on the development and implementation of fire safety and emergency planning policies, ensuring all sites remain compliant with statutory requirements and best practice.
- From carrying out and reviewing fire risk assessments to advising on design, construction and refurbishment projects, youll provide expert guidance and oversight across all aspects of fire and life safety.
- Youll also take the lead on business continuity and emergency planning, ensuring robust procedures are in place to protect people, assets, and operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and maintain organisational fire safety and emergency planning strategies.
- Undertake and review fire risk assessments, audits and inspections.
- Provide expert fire safety advice for new builds, refurbishments, and CDM-related works.
- Oversee business continuity and emergency response plans.
- Deliver engaging fire safety and emergency planning training.
Liaise with fire authorities and other key external stakeholders.
Lead and develop a small team to support compliance and safety objectives.
About You
- Youre a technically competent and confident communicator who thrives on accountability and proactive risk management. Youll have:
- A NEBOSH Certificate in Fire Safety & Risk Management (or equivalent).
Professional membership with IFE, IFSM or FPA.
- Demonstrable experience delivering fire safety strategy within a multi-site organisation.
- Strong understanding of fire legislation, building regulations, and risk management principles.
- Excellent reporting, communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
