The Role:
* Support the Director of General Management (DGM) as an Assistant Food and Beverage Manager
* Manage operations of all Meeting & Events and deliver excellent guest experiences
* Provide exceptional customer service
* Ensure compliance with brand standards and aim to exceed expectations
* Develop, manage, and train the Food and Beverage team
* Work within budget guidelines related to food costs, liquor costs, and payroll
* Support beverage control procedures and stocktaking
* Maximize sales and revenue opportunities in Food and Beverage
* Assist with appraisals and performance reviews of team members
* Evaluate guest satisfaction with a focus on continuous improvement
* Support other departments as needed and maintain good relationships
* Comply with hotel security, fire regulations, and health and safety legislation
