Estimator – Construction & Refurbishment Projects Location - Northampton Salary - £45,000 – £50,000 DOE Hours - 8am to 4.30pm Monday to Friday Are you a sharp, detail-driven Estimator ready to take the next step in your career? We're working with a leading Midlands-based construction firm on the hunt for an experienced professional to join their team – someone who thrives on responsibility and enjoys the challenge of working across a diverse portfolio of UK-wide projects. With a primary focus on sites near Towcester and Leeds, you’ll play a vital role in shaping project outcomes, ensuring accurate costings, and driving financial success. The Role: Working closely with the Operations Director, you'll have the autonomy to manage your own schedule between office and site visits. No two days will be the same – expect hands-on involvement across a wide variety of projects. What You'll Be Doing: Building and managing detailed project budgets and cost plans Conducting thorough risk and value assessments Collaborating daily with commercial and operational teams Preparing accurate, competitive quotations and tender documents Building strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors Taking full ownership of costings for all project proposals What We're Looking For: Proven experience in a similar Estimator role Solid background in cost consultancy or main contractor projects in the UK Experience with refurbishment projects is highly desirable A keen eye for detail and strong organisational skills Full UK driving licence Why Join?
