Job Description
An established property company is seeking an experienced Facilities Estate Manager to oversee a diverse portfolio of commercial and residential buildings across London and the South East.
The role is heavily focused on hard and soft FM delivery, statutory compliance, health & safety, service charge budgeting, reconciliation and cost control, and the management of external service partners. Working alongside asset management teams, the role ensures buildings are operated safely, efficiently and in line with lease obligations, while supporting minor works and improvement projects.
Candidates should have strong landlord-side FM experience, a solid understanding of compliance and service charge management, and the ability to manage multiple assets autonomously. IOSH (or equivalent) and a full driving licence are essential. This role will see you managing a portfolio of properties across Kent, Sussex, Essex and some in London.
