Duties:
- Provide barbering services to clients, including haircuts, shaves, and beard sculpting
- Consult with clients to understand their desired hairstyle and provide recommendations based on their hair type and face shape
- Use barbering tools and equipment, such as clippers, scissors, razors, and trimmers, to perform haircuts and grooming services
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of workstations and barbering tools
- Stay up-to-date with current trends and techniques in barbering industry
- Build and maintain a loyal client base by providing excellent customer service
Skills:
- Proficient in various barbering techniques, including clipper cutting, scissor cutting, fading and beards
- Knowledgeable about different hair types and textures
- Strong attention to detail to ensure precision in haircuts and grooming services
- Excellent communication skills to effectively consult with clients and understand their needs
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism and quality of work
- Knowledge of sanitation and sterilization practices to ensure a clean and safe environment for clients
