Regional Facilities Administrator
Location: Nuneaton
Hours: Part time, 0930 to 1430 Monday to Friday
Salary: £20,600.25 plus 30 days holiday, pension, life assurance, employee assistance programme, wellbeing support, and flexible benefits including cycle to work scheme
About the Role
As our Regional Facilities Management Administration Support, you will work with the Regional Facilities Manager to ensure reliable, safe, compliant and clean premises in which to operate. You will play a pivotal role in coordinating administrative operations and overseeing facilities-related services. Your role ensures that warehouse and office environments are safe, efficient, and well-supported, while managing vendor relationships, compliance, and internal support functions.
As part of your key responsibilities, you’ll:
Manage equipment and inventory control systems, particularly MHE admin (e.g. LOLER inspections) ensuring appropriate control, inventory, and maintenance of assets and equipment, recording any changes
Assist with the coordination of MHE, maintenance, cleaning and repair services as required and oversee MHE vendor contracts and service level agreements
Support the Regional Facilities Manager to ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations
Provide financial admin support (PO’s, credits, budget monitoring, projects etc) including internal recharging
Implement and maintain facilities management policies and procedures
Manage effective and efficient processes for continuous improvement and control in the delivery of site services
About You

Knowledge of MHE preventative maintenance schemes
Experience in the delivery of procedures and processes within a facilities driven environment
Able to work on own initiative and to strict deadlines
A strong knowledge of administration systems and techniques
Problem-solving and decision-making
Vendor and contract management
Attention to detail and process improvement
Great communication skills with internal and external customers - enthusiastic with a drive and a ‘can do’ attitude
Ability to prioritise workload and deliver to timing plans
