Role: Logistics Administrator
Location: Letchworth
Hours: 9am – 5.30pm Monday - Friday
Salary: £23,888 per annum
We are looking for a logistics administrator to support our client in Letchworth. This will be a fixed-term contract for a minimum of 6 months.
Responsibilities:
* Producing despatch labels, packing lists, and delivery notes in a timely manner.
* Liaising with Production and Client Services teams regarding dispatch timings and updating all parties accordingly.
* Booking relevant vehicles for all overnight parcel carriers.
* Progress chasing to ensure vehicles arrive for collection and delivery on time.
* Accurately producing POD reports within the agreed time frame where SLAs are applicable.
* Uploading all POCs and PODs to Tharsten promptly.
* Providing general administration support to the Logistics team.
Requirements:
* Strong administration skills
* Experience with Excel, Word, and Outlook
* Excellent attention to detail
* Ability to work to deadlines
* Team player with a positive attitude
