We are Travis Perkins, the UK’s largest builders merchant, and we have an exciting opportunity for someone to lead our Tool Hire team at our Dunfermline branch.
Where will you be working?
The role of Hire Manager is unique within our business. The Dunfermline branch is one of our successful locations, with a well-established team of around 3 colleagues in the Tool Hire department. We pride ourselves on safety and audit standards, and you will bring your H&S focus to this role.

What will you be doing?
* Managing all aspects of Tool Hire operations and team leadership.
* Developing and executing sales strategies to meet or exceed targets.
* Building strong relationships with customers to foster trust and repeat business.
* Coaching and developing your team, maintaining operational excellence.
* Managing stock levels to ensure optimal equipment utilization and meet customer demands.
Does this sound like you?
Experience in plant/tool hire or electrical, petrol, and diesel equipment is advantageous but not essential. We value a great attitude, initiative, and passion.
