We are excited to offer salaried contracts for our local home care roles, providing the stability of regular contracted hours and a guaranteed monthly income.
Join our supportive team at Home Instead Eastbourne and Hailsham, where you'll support regular clients with enough time to travel between visits — and you'll be paid for your travel and waiting time too.
Our contracts guarantee between 10 and 35 hours per week, based on agreed availability aligned with our clients' needs, which includes a commitment to working alternate weekends. Salary range between £6,760 and £23,660 per annum (pro rata £27,040 FTE).

Job Description
The Role
You’ll support clients with day-to-day activities such as:
* Personal care
* Medication reminders
* Meal preparation
* Light housekeeping
* Accompanying clients on community outings
Most importantly, you’ll provide reassurance, companionship, and a friendly presence that helps clients feel safe, valued, and independent in their own homes.
Qualifications
What We’re Looking For
* Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle
* Kind, patient, and dependable individuals
* Strong communication skills and attention to detail
