Care support Workers Chesterfield & Surrounding Areas (CPI certificate is a MUST)
We are currently recruiting Support Workers and Nurses to provide 1:1 mental health support across Chesterfield and surrounding areas.
This role is ideal for compassionate, resilient individuals who are experienced in supporting people with mental health needs in both residential and community settings.
Role Overview
You will be supporting individuals on a 1:1 basis, helping them to live safely and independently while promoting positive outcomes.
Duties will include:
* Providing 1:1 mental health support
* Managing environmental and challenging behaviors
* Supporting community access and engagement
* Encouraging independence and emotional regulation
* Working in line with care plans and risk assessments
* Maintaining accurate records and professional boundaries
Requirements
1. Support Workers: Must hold valid CPI (Crisis Prevention Intervention) training
2. Nurses: Must hold Advanced CPI
3. Previous experience in mental health and 1:1 support is essential
