Why this role matters:
Our Document Controllers are central to managing digital information on our sites—ensuring every drawing, submission, and technical detail is accurate and available when needed.
You will collaborate closely with project teams, consultants, and supply chain partners to manage, validate, and maintain digital project information throughout the project lifecycle.
Your responsibilities will include:
1. Own and manage the Common Data Environment (CDE), including configuration, user support, and continuous improvement.
2. Drive information quality control through validation, classification, workflow management, and distribution.
3. Lead reporting efforts, transforming data such as information compliance, RFIs, and technical submissions into clear performance dashboards.
4. Provide training and troubleshooting to ensure efficient use of digital tools.
5. Act as the key contact for CDE support with clients, consultants, and suppliers.
