As Senior Lettings Negotiator, you'll play a key role in driving lettings performance, managing client relationships, and supporting the day-to-day operations of a busy lettings local office What You'll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities): Assist in managing the lettings process from instruction to move-in Carry out property viewings and negotiate tenancy terms Build strong relationships with landlords, tenants, and contractors Support the Lettings Manager in meeting monthly targets and KPIs Ensure compliance with lettings legislation and company procedures Handle tenancy progression and administration efficiently Generate new business through networking and marketing initiatives What We're Looking For (Skills & Experience): Proven experience in residential lettings ARLA qualification (or working towards) desirable Strong communication and negotiation skills Ability to build rapport with clients and provide excellent customer service Self-motivated, target-driven, and commercially aware Excellent time management and organisational skills Knowledge of lettings legislation and property processes What's In It For You?
