We are looking for an experienced HR Advisor to join our team and provide professional HR guidance across the business. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys working closely with managers, supporting employee relations, and contributing to a positive workplace culture.
What you’ll be doing:
* Providing professional HR advice and guidance to managers from onboarding through to end of employment
* Supporting managers with employee relations matters including disciplinary, grievance and absence processes
* Monitoring sickness absence trends and providing reports and guidance in line with company policy
* Delivering HR training and coaching to management teams (virtually and face-to-face)
* Supporting performance management processes, including appraisals and review discussions
* Assisting with the development and implementation of HR policies, procedures and compliance requirements
* Producing HR reports and metrics while maintaining accurate employee records
* Providing general HR administrative support to ensure an effective HR service across the business
What we’re looking for:
* Experience in a HR Generalist role
* Strong knowledge of Employee Relations and Employment Law
* Excellent organisational and IT skills with confidence presenting to managers
* A collaborative team player who enjoys working closely with colleagues
* Willingness to travel within the UK, including occasional overnight stays
* Ability to pass vetting in line with BS:7858
The role:
Onsite: Monday–Friday, 8:00am – 4:00pm (40 hours per week)
