Albert Bartlett, the UK’s leading supplier of potatoes, is seeking a highly organised and detail‑driven Packaging Artwork Coordinator to join our team on a fixed‑term contract. This role is central to the delivery of compliant, accurate, and high‑quality food packaging artwork. Working within a fast‑paced FMCG food manufacturing environment, you will manage packaging artwork from concept through to print approval, ensuring all materials meet food labelling legislation, retailer standards, and internal brand guidelines. You will work closely with Technical, NPD, Marketing, Operations, supporting both ongoing product ranges and new product development. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with experience in food packaging, artwork control, or product compliance who enjoys working cross‑functionally in a regulated environment. Key Responsibilities: Coordinate and manage the end-to-end process of packaging artwork creation, updates, and approvals. Liaise with marketing teams, regulatory bodies, and suppliers to ensure all artwork complies with company standards and legal requirements. Maintain an organised system for tracking artwork versions, approvals, and deadlines. Support the production team by ensuring timely delivery of approved artwork for packaging production schedules. Identify and implement process improvements to streamline artwork management workflows. Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams to address issues and resolve artwork-related queries promptly. Requirements Proven experience in packaging artwork coordination or a similar role, preferably within the food manufacturing industry. Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail. Good understanding of branding and packaging compliance regulations. Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and artwork management software. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Experience working on fixed-term contracts or temporary assignments is advantageous.
