They operate nationwide with expertise in:
1. Corporate Acquisitions - Helping shareholders sell all or part of their shareholding in private limited companies where no secondary market exists. They make cash offers based on business asset value.
2. Land Division - Purchasing farms and commercial land across the UK. They work closely with landowners to support retirement and exit strategies.
3. Business Exit Solutions - Delivering customised strategies for business owners to ensure smooth and successful transitions.
What does this role involve:
4. Engage with shareholders to structure fair acquisition deals.
5. Assess business asset values and negotiate offers.
6. Source and evaluate farms and commercial land.
7. Build relationships with landowners and manage acquisition processes.
8. Design tailored exit strategies for business owners.
9. Provide expert advice and support throughout the transition process.
What We're Looking For
10. Strong understanding of corporate finance and property.
11. Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
12. Ability to identify opportunities and deliver results.
13. This role would suit someone who has worked in an agency type role
