Job Description
We’re looking for a Clinical Nurse Manager to join our teams at the Cardiff and the Vale Hospice as well as the Cwm Taf community to operationally manage and clinically lead community services within the regions.
This role will suit an experienced nurse, ideally with palliative care and people/service management experience who will manage our staff across the Cwm Taf community and Hospice.
Salary: Marie Curie Clinical Pay Scale Band 7 (aligned with AFC) £48,527 - £55,532 pro rata per annum + enhancements
Contract: Permanent, Full-time – 37.5 hours per week
Based: Cardiff and the Vale Hospice

What we’re looking for:
* Strong clinical leadership skills with experience in staff management
* Relevant Palliative/End of Life care experience
* Level 1 NMC registration
* Willing to work towards QCF Level 5 in Leadership & Management
* A licence allowing you to drive in the UK and access to a vehicle that can be insured for business use are essential
