Business Development Manager at TXP Talent
Location: Hybrid – London, Hertford, Ipswich, Coventry, Warrington, or Cardiff
Salary: £35,000 basic + £5,000 car allowance + Double OTE Uncapped

What you’ll be doing
* Proactively generate new business across our portfolio of IT and workplace services.
* Own the full sales cycle, from prospecting and pitch to close and onboarding.
* Manage and retain key accounts, ensuring long-term customer satisfaction and growth.
* Work closely with our internal Print team, receiving qualified leads and converting them into revenue.
* Collaborate with internal departments to ensure seamless service delivery and client success.
What we’re looking for
* Proven experience generating new business in a telecoms environment or similar tech-focused B2B industry.
* Strong ability to build rapport with decision-makers across SME and enterprise organisations.
* Confidence in managing a hybrid sales approach (field and remote).
* A consultative, value-led sales approach and a hunger to exceed targets.
* Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel between regional offices or client sites.
