I am partnered with a very successful yet growing business, who are seeking a driven, results-oriented Business Development Manager to join their sales team. This role will be focused mostly on enterprise-level clients, with the business already partnering with global brands - setting you up for future success based on testimonials, technology and their bespoke offering!
About the Role:
This is a new business focused opportunity, targeting enterprise accounts across the hospitality, quick-service restaurant (QSR), stadiums, leisure, and similar sectors. You'll identify and engage key decision-makers, lead consultative sales processes, and build long-term commercial partnerships to drive sales. This is a remote role with UK wide travel as required for client meetings, trade shows and events. The role will also entail visits to head office.
Key Responsibilities:
* Identify and secure new enterprise-level customers across hospitality and related verticals
* Own the full sales cycle from prospecting to deal closure, including tender process
* Work closely with marketing, product and development teams to tailor solutions to client needs
* Prepare compelling proposals and lead commercial negotiations
* Represent the brand at events and exhibitions
* Maintain up-to-date knowledge of EPOS trends and competitive landscape
Skills Required:
* At least 5 years' proven experience selling EPOS (hardware and software) solutions
* A solid network within the hospitality, QSR, stadia, leisure or similar industries
* Confident in consultative selling and managing long sales cycles
* Strong commercial acumen and ability to influence senior stakeholders
* Comfortable with UK travel and remote work
* Self-motivated, proactive, and target-driven
Salary and Package:
* Basic salary between £55,000 to £75,000 per annum DOE
* Lucrative OTE of £100K+
