As they continue to expand, they are seeking a meticulous and proactive Document Controller to join our team, with a particular focus on managing and compiling Operation & Maintenance (O&M) manuals for project handovers. Role Overview: The successful candidate will be responsible for managing document control processes across multiple projects, ensuring all records are accurate, up-to-date, and compliant with project and contractual requirements. A key focus of the role will be the preparation, coordination, and submission of O&M manuals, ensuring timely delivery to clients in accordance with project deadlines. Key Responsibilities: Coordinate the collation, formatting, and issuing of Operation and Maintenance (O&M) manuals for completed projects. Liaise with project managers, subcontractors, and suppliers to gather required documentation (e.g., warranties, technical literature, certifications). Ensure documentation complies with client and project-specific requirements, including health and safety files and as-built drawings. Monitor document workflows and ensure adherence to internal quality assurance procedures. Key Requirements: Proven experience as a Document Controller within the construction industry. Strong experience compiling O&M manuals and managing project close-out documentation. Excellent organizational skills with high attention to detail. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written. Ability to work to tight deadlines and manage multiple priorities. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.).
