At COOLSPIRiT (part of Databarracks) we empower our clients with world‑class data management and infrastructure solutions. We seek a sharp, results‑driven professional ready to shift from SDR or Sales Executive to a full‑time Account Manager role.
The Role at a Glance
Position: Sales Account Manager
Location: Chesterfield, Derbyshire
Base Salary: £30,000 – £45,000
OTE: £60,000 – £90,000 (plus bonuses, pension, health and more)
* Drive contract renewals, upselling and cross‑selling in the IT and tech sectors.
* Own end‑to‑end account management for key clients.
* Collaborate with SDRs to convert qualified leads into lasting partnerships.
* Maintain accurate forecasts and a clean CRM pipeline.
* Achieve monthly sales targets and deliver strong results consistently.

* Build tailored account plans, forecast accurately and maintain a clean CRM.
* Deliver outstanding results month on month.
* Generate testimonials, referrals and lasting partnerships.

* Ensure billing, documentation and compliance are always on point.
