Job summary:
We are seeking professional, resilient individuals eager to make a difference!
Using the NHS 111 Pathways system, you will handle a variety of calls, from ordering repeat prescriptions to escalating calls to a Clinical Advisor or dispatching an ambulance in more serious cases.
This role is fast-paced and challenging, requiring great attention to detail, empathy, and a calm, systematic approach. You will be passionate about providing safe and effective care for our patients and healthcare professionals.

Person Specification:
* Previous experience in Customer Service
* Excellent communication skills and telephone manner
* Ability to work quickly and accurately under pressure
* Demonstrate a caring and professional attitude at all times
* Motivated, passionate, positive, resilient, and determined to provide the best care
* Excellent attention to detail
Additional Info:
* Various shift patterns available, including 4 days on and 4 days off, ranging from 15 to 37.5 hours per week.
* Comprehensive 6-week Pathways training course provided for all Health Advisors.
