Responsibilities
* Hours: 37 per week, 1‑week shift rotation
* Operate and set up CNC Turning and 3/4/5 Axis Milling machines.
* Perform inspection and quality checks using CMM and other measuring and gauging devices.
* Work accurately to blueprints, sketches, and engineering specifications.
* Identify, select, and set up appropriate tooling, measuring instruments, and devices for each operation.
* Maintain precision and quality standards across all manufactured components.
* Collaborate with workshop team to meet production schedules and quality targets.
Requirements
* Time‑served in a relevant trade or apprenticeship.
* Ability to work rotating shifts:
o Days: 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM (Mon-Fri)
o Backshift: 3:00 PM - 10:30 PM (Mon-Thurs), 3:00 PM - 10:00 PM (Fri)
o Nightshift: 11:00 PM - 7:00 AM (Mon-Thurs, finishing 7:00 AM Fri)
* Strong manufacturing and machining background.
* Experience with Fanuc, Mazatrol, and Heidenhain control systems.
* Experience with metallic and non-metallic materials, tooling, and tight tolerance work
