Overview
HR Reporting Analyst role at The Bicester Collection. This role sits in People Reporting & Insights and is responsible for delivering consistent and accurate management information reporting about our workforce to the business, enabling data-driven decision making. This role is hybrid and onsite at Bicester Village a minimum of 2-3 days a week.
What you will be doing
* Respond to ad-hoc reporting and analysis requests escalated by local People teams, managers or employees
* Produce daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual reports and analyses for relevant stakeholders
* Take briefs from the People Insights & Reporting Manager to deliver fit-for-purpose workforce reporting and analysis for customers from across the People function and the wider business using a combination of tools, including Excel, Power BI, ServiceNow HR and SAP SuccessFactors
* Escalate identified data integrity issues to the People Insights & Reporting Manager and ensure they are resolved in a timely manner
* Maintain the People Reporting Dictionary

* Advanced Excel knowledge, with the ability to translate complex data into a simple format
* Knowledge of HR Information Systems – SuccessFactors, ServiceNow, ThanksBen
