Food & Beverage Supervisor
Passionate about guest interaction, food and beverage? As a Food & Beverage Supervisor, you will lead your team to create unforgettable Food & Beverage experiences for our guests.

What you will be doing:
12. Consistently offer professional, friendly and engaging service
13. To supervise the team on duty to ensure they complete all duties and tasks and to ensure our guests receive the best possible guest experience
14. To assist the manager in all areas of the Food and Beverage Department.
15. Assist guests regarding menu items in an informative and helpful way
16. Follow outlet policies, procedures and service standards
17. Have knowledge of beverage lists and promotions
18. Have full knowledge of all menu items, garnishes, contents and preparation methods
19. Follow all safety and sanitation policies when handling food and beverage
20. Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
Your experience and skills include:
21. Previous experience in similar roles is preferable
22. Friendly, approachable with excellent customer service skills
23. Attention to detail and exceptional organisational skills
24. Strong team player and positive attitude
25. Ability to work effectively under pressure
26. Essential to be flexible with working hours
27. Must already have the right to work in the UK

29. Our ever growing F&B team is currently 12 team members divide in between Bar and Restaurant
