What You’ll Be Doing Maintain properties to a high, compliant standard in line with health & safety regulations Carry out general maintenance and repairs across building fabric and fixtures Install and refurbish kitchens and bathrooms Complete basic plumbing and minor electrical works Maintain external areas including grounds and fencing Conduct fire safety and security checks Support site operations, deliveries, and removals Liaise with and oversee contractors Provide responsive reactive maintenance, including participation in an on-call rota Administration & Compliance Maintain accurate records and documentation Adhere to company policies and all relevant legislation, including health & safety and data protection Who You Are Full UK driving licence Qualified or experienced in a relevant trade (e.g. Plumbing, Joinery, Legionella, Asbestos Awareness) Skilled in general maintenance with a proactive, hands-on approach Able to work independently, manage workload, and adapt to changing priorities Strong understanding of health & safety practices Reliable team player with good communication skills Committed to high standards and upholding company values Who we are: We are a national provider of health, social and education services with over 35 years’ experience.
