We have an excellent opportunity for a Female Support Worker with a Driver's License to join our incredible Supported Living Service in Lincoln.
* Role: Female Support Worker - Driver's License essential
Driver's allowance is £50 per month for full-time staff and £25 per month for part-time, plus mileage.
* Pay Rate: £12.40 Per Hour
* Shifts: Days & Nights
* Hours: Full-time & Part-time available
Person Specifications
* Experience supporting individuals with Sexualised Trauma, Autism, and ADHD.
* Full Driver's License is essential.
* Experience with Mental Health Conditions, Complex Care, and Challenging Behaviours.
* Ability to multi-task, good time management, organization, and attention to detail.
* IT literacy.
* A positive ‘can do’ attitude.
* Good communication skills.
* Compassionate, caring, and positive personality.
* Genuine passion for making a difference in people's lives.
* Able to manage challenging behaviour and conflict.
* Works well individually and as part of a team.
Duties Include
* Supporting people with disabilities, including those with complex needs, using person-centred approaches.
* Basic daily duties: medication administration, cooking, cleaning, paperwork.
* Providing emotional and practical support.
* Supporting access to community facilities and inclusion in community groups.
* Building relationships to promote independence and quality of life.
* Empowering individuals to learn new skills or hobbies.
