Key Responsibilities:
* Provide first-line customer support and advice via phone and ticketing system
* Log and manage all relevant details to ensure smooth and effective resolution
* Deliver exceptional service and maintain customer satisfaction levels above 98%
* Build product knowledge through comprehensive training and ongoing coaching
* Collaborate closely with colleagues to share knowledge and resolve complex queries
You’ll also bring:
1. A good standard of education (A-Level or equivalent preferred)
2. Previous frontline customer service experience
3. Proficiency with PCs, MS Office, and web-based systems
