This is a genuine leadership opportunity for an ambitious lawyer who enjoys business development, team management and delivering commercially focused advice to a broad client base. You will take ownership of the department's continued growth, leading from the front while maintaining a varied and high quality employment law caseload. There is a clear route to partnership for the right individual, alongside the opportunity to play a key role in the firm's wider strategic direction. The Role Lead, mentor and develop the Employment team Manage a mixed claimant and respondent employment caseload Conduct and oversee Employment Tribunal matters from start to finish Deliver pragmatic and commercially focused advice to clients Drive departmental growth through networking and business development Monitor financial performance, including billing, WIP and profitability Ensure exceptional client service and communication throughout every matter Contribute to the firm's leadership and long term strategy About You Qualified Solicitor with at least 5 years' PQE in Employment Law Strong Employment Tribunal experience Proven ability to manage a caseload independently Confident business developer with excellent client relationship skills Commercially aware with strong leadership potential Excellent technical, drafting and communication skills Ambitious and motivated to progress towards partnership What's on Offer?
