The Role: Our client is seeking a skilled and personable Commercial Property Solicitor or Lawyer to join their Darlington office. This is a flexible role available on a part-time or full-time basis, offering the successful candidate the opportunity to work within a collaborative and forward-thinking team. You will handle a range of commercial property matters including land and property acquisitions and disposals, landlord and tenant work, and refinancing transactions. The role would suit a self-sufficient legal professional who can manage their own caseload and is confident providing expert, tailored advice to clients.
