The Role:
* Sourcing and qualifying candidates for vacancies.
* Building and maintaining professional relationships with candidates and clients.
* Market mapping and identifying new businesses to work with (business development).
* Working towards your monthly revenue and promotion targets.
* Managing your candidate database.
* Becoming a subject matter expert within your specialism.
The Requirements:
* Degree educated
* Ambition, resilience, and a results-driven mindset
* The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
* A natural relationship builder with a proactive approach to work
* Strong track record of achievement (academics, sports, societies, part-time work etc)
