Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Airdrie for a Traffic Management Contracts Manager. The Contracts Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of traffic management contracts, including planning, execution, and compliance. Daily tasks include designing traffic management drawings, coordinating with clients and stakeholders, supervising project teams, ensuring safety standards are met, and preparing reports. The successful candidate will ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget while maintaining high-quality standards and client satisfaction.
Qualifications
* Experience in traffic management and civil engineering
* Experience in designing traffic management solutions
* LANTRA preferred
* Proficiency in project management, including budgeting and resource allocation
* Strong communication and client management skills
* Knowledge of safety standards and regulatory compliance in traffic management
* Leadership and team coordination abilities
* Relevant qualifications in civil engineering or related field
* Experience with local authority and public utility projects is a plus
* Ability to work on-site in Airdrie
