Job Description:
~Fully remote – open to candidates globally~
We’re looking for a thoughtful and grounded programme associate to join Full Circle Foundation, a values-led ecocentric grant-making organisation that supports regenerative, community-rooted approaches to environmental and social change.
This role is part of our global agroecology programme and includes strategy co-creation, relational grant-making, and partner accompaniment. We're particularly interested in those with lived or field experience in agroecology, regenerative economies, or biocultural systems.
* Remote and open to candidates based in regions where we work
* Flexible hours | Full or part-time considered
* Salary benchmarked to location and experience
* Strong values alignment is essential
Full Circle is an experienced organisation with a low public profile. We intentionally don’t have a web presence, working quietly behind the scenes with deep trust in the people and movements we support. If the role speaks to you or someone in your network, we’d love to hear from you.

* Ability to analyse socio-political power dynamics, especially regarding harm caused by global agribusiness and reparative justice.
* Knowledge of governance principles with supportive guidance skills for grantees.
* Comfort working in ambiguous, adaptive environments and holding multiple ways of knowing.
* Relational, nurturing, listening-centred approach to partner support.
* Familiarity with indigenous knowledge systems, regenerative practices, or alternative development paradigms.
* Openness to challenging dominant paradigms through skilful means and fostering radical imagination.
* Alignment with FCF’s values and mission.
