Shrigley Hall Hotel & Spa is a prestigious hotel set in stunning surroundings, offering exceptional hospitality and luxury experiences to our guests. We are looking for an experienced Credit Controller / Accounts professional to join our Finance team and play a key role in maintaining our financial stability and guest satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
* Collecting outstanding debts to maximise cash collection and minimize overdue accounts.
* Maintaining accurate records of all debtor communications.
* Preparing and presenting reports on debtor days and aged debt analysis.
* Reconciling voucher and prepayment accounts.
* Managing and updating customer portals for billing and payments.
* Assisting with other finance-related tasks as required by the department.
Requirements:
* Proven experience in credit control or a similar accounts role.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (formulas, reporting, reconciliations).
* Knowledge of hotel industry finance processes is an advantage.
* Familiarity with Rezlynx PMS is desirable.
* Excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to work to deadlines.
