We are currently recruiting for a Housing Team Leader for around 6 weeks interim.Role Summary: Housing Team Leader based on the Wirral.Hours: 35 per week, Monday–Friday (9am–5pm or similar).Requirements: Enhanced DBSPurpose:
1. Lead and manage a housing service, working closely with the CEO to improve service quality, support strategic development, and expand community engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Client Support: Oversee client induction, support planning, risk assessments, and progress reviews.
2. Ensure accurate record-keeping and promote continuous improvement.
3. Specialist Input: Stay informed on homelessness and substance misuse policy, provide technical advice, and ensure compliance with funding and quality standards.
4. Management: Lead daily operations, manage staff and volunteers, oversee budgets, rotas, and on-call duties.
5. Support funding bids and represent the organisation in meetings.
