Our Phone Shop colleague rate of pay starts from £12.87 an hour; this increases to £14.08 for stores inside the M25. Additional payments may also apply depending on location.
We will schedule your contracted hours within available times and provide at least 12 guaranteed hours each week.

Responsibilities
* Deliver a great shopping trip for customers every day by following all opening and closing routines, ensuring facilities are in good working order and responding to customer feedback.
* Create an impression for customers that you can be proud of, role‑modeling great standards of dress and readiness to serve.
* Follow the service culture in your department, role‑modeling helpful and friendly service behaviours and demonstrating enthusiasm to do what’s right for customers.
* Protect the legal brand by delivering legal compliance, understanding all safe and legal routines, and demonstrating due diligence on your department.
* Support your manager to control costs on your department and deliver budgets, supporting the department to maintain stock record accuracy and be prepared for stock‑control routines.
