An opportunity has arisen for a Chef de Partie at a vibrant London restaurant within a reputable group. Specialising in seasonal Italian/Mediterranean cuisine using the finest ingredients, everything is prepared in-house, including fresh pasta.
Package:
£13 - £14 per hour + service charge
48 hours a week with a mixture of shifts
Total Package £40k - £42k+

You would be part of a team of 10 Chefs, serving up to 150 covers from a new open-plan kitchen. As Chef De Partie, youll contribute to the effective running of the kitchen by leading a section and helping to ensure exceptional standards and reputation.
Desired skills and attributes:
Previous experience as a Chef De Partie within a busy restaurant
A passion for Mediterranean/Italian cuisine (fresh pasta)
Reliable and organised to be able to maintain high standards throughout service
Proficient knowledge of Health & Safety and Food Safety
Availability to work a mixture of shifts throughout the week
