What do we look for?
* Previous senior management experience in London's premium restaurant scene
* Excellent organizational and communication skills, with the ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure
* Ability to manage budgets, control costs, analyze financial reports, and meet revenue targets through effective planning
* A proven track record of making sound decisions under pressure and solving complex challenges efficiently
* Familiarity with local health regulations, safety protocols, and sanitation standards to ensure compliance
* Proven leadership skills to inspire and manage diverse teams for smooth daily operations and high employee engagement
* Expertise in delivering exceptional customer service, resolving complaints effectively, and building guest loyalty
* Strong understanding of restaurant operations, including inventory and labor management
