We are strengthening our sales team with the appointment of an experienced Sales Consultant to manage a full caseload of properties and deliver high-quality client service from listing through to agreement of offer.
The Role
You will manage your own portfolio of properties from listing through to agreed offer and beyond.
Key responsibilities include:
* Managing a full caseload of properties on the market
* Providing weekly client updates on sale progress
* Negotiating offers professionally and effectively
* Driving sales progression through to conclusion
* Suggesting marketing initiatives where required
* Liaising with solicitors, estate agents and other stakeholders
* Updating Street CRM accurately and consistently
* Booking valuations and capturing relevant property details
* Updating viewing feedback within 24 hours
* Handling inbound calls and delivering excellent customer service
* Generating referral opportunities (valuations, IFA services, conveyancing)
You will be expected to contribute positively to branch performance and maintain high professional standards at all times.
What We're Looking ForEssential:
* Previous estate agency sales experience
* Property sales negotiation experience
* Strong understanding of the Scottish property market
* Experience working in a fast-paced environment
* Ability to manage multiple active transactions
