Head of Service Design and Transformation – City of London – ITIL, Service Design, Service Transformation - £120,000 - £150,000
A market-leading financial firm based in the City of London is currently looking to hire a Head of Service Design and Transformation to manage and lead an existing team. This role will be responsible for all IT Service Strategy functions within the organization.
Key responsibilities include acting as the senior technology interface for all IT Service Engineering stakeholders, overseeing Service Strategy and Design, Service Transition, Asset Management, and Compliance.
Qualifications and skills required:
* ITIL certification
* Experience in Service Design
* Experience in Service Transformation
* People Management skills
