We're looking for a Specifications, Packaging & Artwork Technologist who can combine technical expertise with creative precision. In this unique hybrid role, you’ll ensure our product data is accurate and compliant, our packaging is fit for purpose and sustainably designed, and our artwork is flawlessly executed.
You’ll work cross‑functionally with Product Development, Marketing, Technical, Operations, Procurement, and external partners to play a key part in delivering products that consumers trust and love.

Key Accountabilities
* Own product specifications and ensure all packaging and labelling are accurate, compliant, and up to date.
* Develop packaging solutions that meet technical, sustainability, consumer, and operational needs.
* Manage artwork from brief to print, ensuring brand consistency and regulatory accuracy.
* Collaborate cross‑functionally with technical, marketing, operations, procurement, suppliers, and partners to deliver projects smoothly and on time.
The Right Person
We are looking for someone with the following…
* A degree in Food Science, Packaging Technology or similar or equivalent industry experience.
* Experience in specification management, packaging development, or artwork coordination (ideally in FMCG).
* Strong understanding of food labelling legislation and packaging/print processes.
* Meticulous attention to detail and confidence managing multiple deadlines.
* A proactive, collaborative attitude and a passion for delivering highquality work.
