The Role
As Marketing Manager, you will lead the marketing function as part of the commercial team, developing and delivering an integrated marketing strategy aligned to business objectives.
You will be responsible for elevating brand presence, driving demand generation and ensuring consistency across all marketing channels.
Key Responsibilities
1. Lead and develop the marketing department, ensuring delivery of high-quality output
2. Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy aligned with company goals
3. Drive brand awareness, perception and engagement, monitoring key performance indicators
4. Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure consistent brand messaging
5. Oversee content creation across website, social media and trade publications
6. Plan and manage product photoshoots with internal teams and external suppliers
7. Work closely with digital specialists to maximise SEO performance and online visibility
8. Optimise CRM usage to track integrated campaigns and measure effectiveness
9. Develop demand generation programmes targeting key industry sectors
10. Create and manage point-of-sale initiatives to strengthen distributor presence
11. Maintain up-to-date marketing materials aligned to sector requirements
12. Plan and oversee trade exhibitions and industry events
13. Manage the marketing budget, reporting on ROI and campaign performance
About You
To succeed in this role, you will have:
14. A Degree or Master's qualification in Marketing (or equivalent professional qualification)
15. Proven experience leading and developing a marketing team
16. Strong B2B marketing experience with expertise in integrated campaign delivery
17. Excellent creative thinking and communication skills
18. Solid knowledge of SEO and digital marketing strategy
19. Experience writing compelling content for a B2B audience
20. A proactive, collaborative approach with the ability to work independently
