Key responsibilities include: ➡️ Ensuring hot tubs are in perfect working order every day for our guests. ➡️ Completing general maintenance tasks, including using tools, fixing machinery, and decorating (basic knowledge desirable). ➡️ Paying attention to the little details and delivering daily tasks in a timely and competent manner. ➡️ Taking pride in delivering exceptional customer service. ➡️ Following brand standards to ensure every guest experiences the Forest Feeling from the moment they step into their cabin.
