Age Group: Secondary (KS3–KS4)
Pay: £130 – £180 per day (paid to scale for long-term roles after 12 weeks)

Our educators work anywhere between 2–5 days per week and often secure long-term roles within weeks. What the Role Involves
You’ll deliver pre-planned English lessons that keep students engaged and focused. The role includes:
1. Teaching pre-set English lessons across KS3–KS4
2. Building students’ confidence in reading, writing and analysis
3. Managing behaviour with positivity and consistency
4. Supporting learners during tasks and explaining key concepts
5. Collecting completed work and providing feedback to staff
6. Adapting confidently to different groups and routines
This role is ideal for English specialists who want to grow their subject delivery and classroom leadership.

7. English ECTs or fully qualified English teachers
