We are a small and friendly firm of chartered accountants based in Cheltenham, providing a wide range of services to individuals, owner-managed businesses, and SMEs. We are looking for a reliable and proactive Part-Time (15-20 hrs a week) Administrator to support our team with day-to-day administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
* General office administration, including answering phone calls and managing emails
* Organising client records and maintaining filing systems (physical and digital)
* Assisting with client onboarding and document collection (e.g. ID and compliance paperwork)
* Supporting the team with ad hoc tasks such as data entry and correspondence
Ideal Candidate:
* Previous experience in an administrative role (accountancy or professional services experience a plus)
* Organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage their own time effectively
* Confident using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and comfortable with digital filing systems
* Friendly and professional communicator, both in person and in writing
* Discreet and trustworthy when handling confidential information
