Toddler Room Leader – Witney
Salary: £28,500 per annum
We are looking for an experienced and passionate Toddler Room Leader to join an independent nursery based near Witney, the role is working 38 hours over 4 days a week on a rolling rota.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a confident early years practitioner who loves working with toddlers and is ready to lead a room, inspire a team, and create a warm, stimulating environment where children can thrive.
The Role
Lead and manage the toddler room on a day-to-day basis
Plan and deliver engaging, age-appropriate activities in line with the EYFS framework
Support, mentor, and motivate nursery practitioners
Track children’s development and build strong partnerships with parents
Ensure safeguarding, health & safety, and nursery policies are always followed
What We’re Looking For
Level 3 Early Years qualification (or above)
Previous experience working with toddlers, ideally in a room leader or senior practitioner role
Strong knowledge of the EYFS and child development
Excellent communication and organisational skills
A caring, enthusiastic, and proactive approach
